The last time i recieved roses was on mother's day from my boyfriend at the time. He sent them to me, without knowing throught the mail. It was the sweetest thing i have ever reciveed in a long time. They were all different color roses and in a nice vase. I loved them so much and brought me happiness. I thought the gift was very thoughtful and was not needed, but he was generous enough to give me them. Very sweet guy.
ReplyDeleteThe last time I gave roses was to my best friend at the time. It was valentine's day and we were both single. To have fun with the holiday and feel semi importan, we claimed eachother as platonic valentines; so we wouldn't feel alone.

ReplyDeleteThe last I received a bouquet of roses was when I was upstate spending the weekend with my best friend at her house and my boyfriend decides to call me and suggest I get out of the pool and make him something to eat because he was coming to pick me up... Huh?? I told him a word or two and then he showed up with a bouquet of roses and apologized.

ReplyDeleteThe last time I received roses was on Valentine's Day from my husband. I really do not care too much for roses. Personally I think roses stink. However I could not bring myself to tell my husband that I did not like roses he gave me. So I smiled and gave him a great big kiss and said Thank you honey,I love them. I hope I dont any roses next year.
I gave my Girlfriend roses on Valentines day, Because it was Valentines day and It's the thing to do.

The last time I gave roses, was on valentine's day to my Mom. I always give/send them, because she is the reason why I am here.
ReplyDeleteThe last time i gave someone some roses it was my mother. It was mothers day and i wanted to do something nice for her. So i gave her some really beautiful raspberry and pink roses. I know it seems typical but it's what she likes the most.
ReplyDeleteThen the last time i received roses was on my graduation day from my sister and father. Of course they were pink, because that's my favorite color and smelled very nice.
The last time I sent roses was to my mother on her birthday. She loves flowers because she believes they bring life into the room. Another reason I sent them was because I am in New York and my mother is in Korea. Sending flowers was the most efficient way of sending her a present. If I had bought a present, I would have had to go to the post office to mail it. When I ordered the roses for my mother, I went online and used my credit card from my home.
ReplyDeleteThe last time I gave roses was to my wife about three weeks ago. She was very mad at me for a mistake I had made. Calm down, it was not about cheating. My wife was going crazy that day and I didn't recognize the loving and caring wife that she always is. So, I had an ingenious idea to offer her a bouquet that she accepted with all the kindness I know her to have. I was relieved by her conciliatory attitude and the power the flowers had induced in her. Since that moment, everything is going marvelously well and I am very grateful for flowers.

ReplyDeleteI'm not really a flower person. I'm usually never home long enough to appreciate them, so I tell my husband to buy me clothes instead! However, the last time I gave flowers were flowers from my wedding bouquet. My Grandmother died before my wedding and never got to see me in my dress. So I put a few of the roses aside and dried them out. A few months later, I went to Ireland and laid them on her grave. I think she would have appreciated the sentiment. I know I did.
ReplyDeleteI could say that I have never received roses, ever but I usually give my current girlfriend roses/flowers all the time. From what I see, she is very grateful for what I give her, so it gives me incentive to continue to do for her just to see her smile.

ReplyDeleteThe last time I remember given any roses to anyone was to that one special lady in my life. I send it to her job to show her my love and affection.
The last time i gave a rose to someone was to thank them. At the time, my car was out of commission and i had very little money. A friend of mine let me borrow her car to run some really important errands. Without the car it would have taken me about 3 days to do, but with the car it took a few hours. She asked for nothing in return. I left a rose and a thank you note in her seat when i returned the car. That was the last day i saw her for she was shipped off to Iraq the next day. I never heard from her again but i'm glad we parted on such a fond memory.
ReplyDeleteThe last time i gave a rose to someone it was to show appreciation for their existance in my life. MY sister and i decided to buy my mom a bouquet of pink roses just because she deserves to be loved by those who she gives most to.It was worth spending that money, those roses made her day and us girls happy
